Estos fueron algunos de los looks que mas me gustaron y considero que veremos mucho en esta primavera/verano.

For those who still aren't aware of this brand: ASOS is the biggest online only store in the UK known for selling different types of fashion and beauty brands. Each season the brand publishes their LOOKBOOK which shows us some of the trends coming up and various of the products their are selling. Conocí a Catalina Zuluaga, una de las creadoras de Zube, en mi primer año en Milán. Las dos soñábamos con cambiar la forma de ver la moda en Colombia, en reinventarla. Colombia siempre se ha destacado por tener una gran industria maquiladora de impecable ejecución pero muchos de los diseñadores se han visto forzados a exportar su talento al extranjero porque allá es mas apreciado y ponderado. Catalina y su socia Natalia Berg, abrieron el primer POP-UP store en Colombia, llamado Zube, con el propósito de dar a conocer el talento nacional y que los colombianos aprendamos a apreciar y a estar "a la moda".

Regresando de mi viaje a Lima me enteré de este extraordinario evento: Lady Gaga's Workshop para Barneys New York!!! Prácticamente Barneys ha hecho una especie de taller de Santa Claus inspirándose en Miss Gaga! Aquí se podrán encontrar productos exclusivos como dulces, juguetes, accesorios, libros, artículos de colección, velas, típicas bolas de navidad, moños, etc, todos inspirados en la vida y esencia de Gaga. Este maravilloso proyecto tuvo la participación de varios artistas altamente reconocidos como Elis Sudbrack, Christophe Hamaide Pierson (creadores de Assume Vivid Astro Focus) y Nicola Formichetti (reconocido director creativo y editor en el mundo de la moda).

Coming back from Lima I found out about this extraordinary event: Lady Gaga's Workshop for Barneys New York!!! Basically the chain of luxury departments store has created a Santa Claus Workshop inspired in Lady Gaga, exclusively in NY. Here you'll find unique products such as candy, toys, accessories, books, collectors items, candles, Christmas ornaments, etc, representative of Miss Gaga's essence and life-time experience. This wonderful project couldn't have been done without the help of well known artist such as Elis Sudbrack, Christophe Hamaide Pierson (creators of Assume Vivid Astro Focus) and Nicola Formichetti (respected creative director, editor and stylist in the fashion industry).

El viernes fui a Gold4Cash, un evento que realizó Little Ramonas en el local (que esta bastante peculiar y original) de Bastardo.
Aunque fui el penúltimo dia debo admitir que las piezas que tenían eran muy bonitas y particulares! no esperaba tener tanta suerte! Salí de la tienda con una cartera (que aparte tengo que admitir que lo mas lindo que tenía era el precio) y un vestido que pienso mandar a recortarlo un poco con estampado tipo pañuelo (me recordó un poco a la colección P/V 2012 de D&G)! los mantendré informados apenas este listo.

Last Friday I went to a vintage event programmed by Little Ramonas in Bastardo's store (a very particular and original place).
I went the second to last day so i wasn't expecting much luck, I was very pleased and surprised to find lots of pretty and interesting stuff. I bought a purse (which had a lovely price) and a beautiful dress, that I want to shorten up a little bit (it reminded me of D&G's S/S 2012 collection). I'll keep you posted on how it looks!

El jueves pasado fui a un restaurante en la zona T, llamado Balzac. Aunque no pedí un plato fuerte debido a las altas horas de la noche, si comí varias de las entradas en el menu, les recomiendo mucho los champiñones rellenos de cangrejo. Están excelentes!

Last Thursday I went to a restaurant in Bogota's T zone named Balzac. Even though I only ate entries because of the late timing, I strongly recommend the mushrooms filled with crab. They were delicious!

Hoy, finalmente después de una semana de incesante lluvia salió el sol en Bogotá! Tome esta perfecta ocasión para salir con mis amigas a tomarnos unas onces en un café acogedor en la 81 con 8a. llamado Brot! Si alguna vez pasan por este local les sugiero que compren la baguette de chocolate. Es espectacular!
Para la ocasión he decidido vestirme con una chaqueta del año pasado de H&M, una pashmina que compré en un mercado de las pulgas en Milán , camiseta de Mango, pantalones de Zara, unas adorables baletas de croché de Aldo, cartera tejida de Benetton y gafas de Topshop.

Today, after a long week of rainy weather the sun finally shines over Bogota! I decided to go out with some of my friends to a very cute caffe in the 81st with 8th street named Brot. I advice you to try the chocolate baguette, it is to die for!
For the occasion I decided to wear a light blazer that I bought last year in H&M, a cute scarf that I found in a flea market, a Mango t-shirt, Zara pants, Aldo crochet flats, a woven Benneton bag and Topshop sunglasses!

Mis padres me han invitado a almorzar a un restaurante popular en la ciudad (Crepes & Waffles). Les recomiendo que prueben el crepe de trufa mexicana que está espectacular (no es picante) y el smoothie Bienestar (muy refrescante).

My parents invited me for lunch to a popular restaurant in the city (Crepes & Waffles). I ate a crepe with Mexican truffle (huitlacoche), I loved it, really advice you to try it and drink Bienestar smoothie. Very refreshing!
