For those who still aren't aware of who this IT GIRL is: Olivia Palermo is an American socialite from Connecticut who became more famous after her participation in MTV's show, The City. In the show, Olivia interprets herself as part of the PR department for Diane von Frustenberg and afterward working for Elle magazine. As the show went on people realized Olivia Palermo's personal styling was amazing! she's always dressed for the occasion in an elegant way.
